Cavalier Evangelical Free Church (CEFC) was formed in 1984 and is part of the Northern Plains District of the Evangelical Free Church of America. Located just on the edge of the city limits of Cavalier, ND, CEFC provides a central location with a versatile facility that is fully utilized for various activities.

Pastor Bill Crosby has been with CEFC since 2008. Bill grew up in Williston, ND, and attended university in Grand Forks at the University of North Dakota. He attended Providence Theological Seminary in Otterburne, MB, Canada, earning his Master of Divinity degree in 2008.
Moving south to Cavalier was an easy decision! He and his family love Cavalier and the area! The people that attend Cavalier Evangelical Free Church make worshiping God feel like a family reunion every Sunday - only without those weird relatives nobody likes to talk about. Pastor Bill enjoys mountain biking, distance running, and hanging out with the family. If you are in the area, Pastor Bill would love to buy you a cup of coffee or pie at one of the local restaurants! In September 2017, Pastor Bill became the World's Fastest Football Padded Pastor!
